 How do I organise the delivery of my cards?
Well, you don’t have to organise it! We can do all that for you, no worries! No matter how many different addresses, no matter how many contacts you need to send to,  we’ve seen it all before. We can handle whatever job you throw at us. It’s just one of the ways we strive to make your life easy.
How long until I can get my cards?
We can customise delivery time to your needs, but we generally cards can be delivered in as little as 5-business days for metro areas. If you need them delivered right away, we can still help! When you just can’t wait for delivery, we have our new instant visa cards can be delivered right to your recipients’ inboxes: no postal service required!
 
How do I give you recipient data?
We appreciate data presented in a spreadsheet. Names, addresses, email addresses when necessary. We take security very seriously, so you don’t have to worry about that information falling into the wrong hands.
 
What happens if I don’t have a recipient’s full name or address?
For delivery of cards, we do require addresses, but not necessarily full names. For instance you could send “To the Resident” or “The Customer Service Officer” if that suits your campaign strategy.
